I’m a headshot photographer in Jacksonville, FL. I photograph professional headshots, corporate headshots and business headshots for companies, law firms and professional teams here and anywhere in Florida and Georgia. Most of it happens on site. I bring the backdrop and a professional lighting setup to your office and photograph your team on a schedule we plan together, so nobody loses half a day driving to a studio.

Most of the photos here are from two headshot days for ASM Global’s Jacksonville staff in September 2024. The backdrop, the lighting and the framing were the same on both days, so a person from the second session sits next to a person from the first and the set still looks like one company. That is the job of a corporate headshot: the website, the proposals, the press kit and everybody’s LinkedIn should look like the same team.

Professional headshots in Jacksonville for one person work the same way. I also shoot personal branding sessions for people who need more than one photo, like the attorney portraits in the gallery: at the conference table and in a meeting with a client by the windows.

How a headshot day works

Before the day

We pick the look together: backdrop color, seated or standing, jacket or open collar, and whether the office shows behind people. You send a list of names and time slots, and I plan the room around it.

On the day

I set up before the first slot and coach each person on posture and expression, which is where most of the difference between a good headshot and a bad one comes from.

New hires later

I keep a record of the setup: backdrop, light positions, camera height and crop. People who join next year can be photographed to match the rest of the team.

Retouching and delivery

Every chosen headshot is retouched for skin, stray hairs and the backdrop, then delivered in web and print sizes plus a square crop for LinkedIn and email signatures. Turnaround is agreed before the day.

A headshot station at your event

At a conference, an all-hands or a trade show booth, I can run a headshot lounge beside the event coverage. People drop by between sessions and leave with a new LinkedIn photo. See event photography.

Headshots are licensed for your website, proposals, press, social media and each person’s own LinkedIn profile.

Questions

Do you come to our office?: Yes. Corporate headshots are shot on site at your office, your venue or your event, in Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine and anywhere else in Florida and Georgia. Tell me about the space when you book and I will plan the setup around it.
How many people can you photograph in a day?: It depends on the setup and on how many looks each person needs. A single look per person moves quickly; extra looks, like a second backdrop or standing and seated, take longer. Send the headcount and I will plan the schedule around it.
Can new hires match the headshots we already have?: Yes. I keep the setup on file, so people who join later can be photographed with the same backdrop, lighting and crop. If your current headshots were made by someone else, send a few and I will match them as closely as the room allows.
How much do corporate headshots cost?: I quote each job on its own. The quote depends on the number of people, how many looks and locations, the retouching, and whether the headshots run alongside event coverage. Send the headcount, the date and the address and I will send a scope with the quote.
Do you shoot headshots at conferences and events?: Yes. A headshot station runs well next to conference photography, and attendees remember the company that gave them a new profile photo. See event photography for the coverage side.
Can you photograph the office and the team at work too?: Yes. Branding sessions like the attorney portraits in the gallery cover people at their desks, in meetings and around the office, for the About page, recruiting and social media. Short video portraits can be added; see video production.
