I am a corporate event and conference photographer based in Jacksonville, working for companies, nonprofits, agencies and venues across Florida and Georgia. The galleries here include Pinnacle Financial Partners’ grand opening on Riverside Avenue and its Forum Series lunch with Tim Tebow at the Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic, the City of Jacksonville’s Martin Luther King Jr. Breakfast at the Prime Osborn Convention Center, the HabiJax Unsung Heroes Awards Dinner and JAX Chamber’s After Hours at THE PLAYERS at TPC Sawgrass.
A corporate event has a few jobs to do after it ends. The photos have to show the room at its best, the speakers and the award moments, the sponsors who paid for it, and people actually enjoying themselves. That’s what I shoot for, along with the details somebody spent months planning and the group photos everyone asks about the next morning.

How an event is covered
Before the day
I go through the run of show, the must-have shots, the VIPs and the sponsor list with you, so nothing important depends on luck.
The frames
The venue before guests arrive, arrivals, speakers, award presentations, sponsor signage, networking, food and decor, and the group photos.
Delivery
You get a private online gallery with full-resolution and web-size downloads. Turnaround is set before the event, and a first set within 24 hours for social media or a press release is part of the plan when you ask for one.
Usage
Photos are licensed for your marketing, social media, press and next year’s sponsor deck. Sponsors and venues can license frames too.
Why me
One Jacksonville event photographer who has shot for Pinnacle Financial Partners, the City of Jacksonville, HabiJax and JAX Chamber, and who spends game days at EverBank Stadium, so a fast-moving room with bad light is a normal night.

- Which venues?
- The galleries here were shot at the Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic, the Prime Osborn Convention Center, the Jessie Ball duPont Center, Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa, Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Timuquana Country Club and EverBank Stadium. Orlando, Tampa and Miami are regular work, and events anywhere else in Florida and Georgia are covered too.
- How fast do you reply?
- Within 48 hours, usually sooner. Send the date first so I can hold it while we sort out the details.
- What does a quote include?
- I quote each event on its own: the hours of coverage you need, the edited gallery delivered online, a license to use the photos in your marketing, press and social, and travel anywhere in Florida and Georgia. Video is an add-on if you want a recap film or social cuts from the same day. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and I will send a scope with the quote.
- Can you shoot video at the same event?
- Yes. Recap films, speaker clips and social cuts can be shot alongside the photos. See video production.
- Do you shoot sports and concerts too?
